New Homes In Casa Grande Springing Up Like Wildfire.
Seems like out of the blue… all of a sudden contractors and builders have revitalized their efforts to build Casa Grande. One of the reasons I move to Casa Grande was because a close friend told me that it reminded him of Sacramento CA before it became a desired destination. If you’ve ever lived in the Bay Area during the 70’s and 80’s then you’re familiar with how many people felt about “Sac”. It was just a place that people in San Francisco sold their conservative traditional home to purchase larger luxuriant home for less than half the price. However, today… Sacramento has blossomed to be a jewel of the west coast with its beautiful weather and abundant amenities.
By comparison, my friend was not to far off. I took him for his word (he’s almost always right) and moved to Cara Grande six years ago and I’ve seen some dramatic changes in the availability and types of home being built. When I first moved here it was like most of the builders picked up their tractors, bulldozers, dump trucks and left right in the middle laying out a new community. I mean the walls to the community were standing at attention with the name on the community proudly posted like a badge of honor. However beyond the wall was nothing but hollow pipes with with copper wire screaming from them. However, today those abandon communities have been reborn and once again the sound of heavy construction is alive and homes are springing up like wildfire.
What that that mean for you and I… well that depends if you are leasing or buying your residence. If you are buying your home… you may be jumping for joy as the price you paid for your home and what you could sell it for today has probably tripled. But if you are leasing your home you may be looking for an apartment because of the huge profits embedded in liquid asset many of the rental homes now have.
Stay tune… because from the looks of it, something going on here in Casa Grande that have home buyer flocking to this city. Could it be Lucid or maybe even the Phoenix Mart (Ha ha… its a joke) that attracting the attention of this caravan of settlers to nestle down here. Whatever, it case New Homes in Casa Grande are Springing Up Like Wildfire and it doesn’t seem to be slowing down.
